Our approach to quality assurance is based on a central cycle, designed to maintain continuous improvement across the business.
The setting is visited and graded against EYFS framework and our own values, to ensure quality and standardisation.
Provided in a grade format, the outcome determines timeframes and frequency of revisits. If standards are not met, intensive training is provided.
Our bespoke staff training is delivered by professionals with over 12 years’ sector experience and our Resources Coordinator ensures equipment is regularly refreshed.
Each setting is visited by a Regional Manager to ensure that actions set out in initial assessment are understood and being followed. Support is given where necessary.
A follow up audit of the setting is carried out by the quality team, to monitor the improvements laid out in the initial outcome.
Staff are recognised and rewarded for going above and beyond to deliver an excellent service, and for maintaining and representing our values.
We are proud that we have a high standard of Ofsted inspection results.
