Rob has 17 years’ experience within sport and activity delivery and operations. Rob’s roles range from coaching and mentoring to Commercial and Operations lead. Rob has experience working with a number of national governing bodies and local authorities, offering sports to children both in the UK and overseas.
Rob is dedicated to providing high quality, positive sporting experiences for primary age children to help shape their future, not only in sport but in life as well.
LINKEDINJamie joined the business in August 2019 with a wealth of experience in the Sport & Education industry. He is a UEFA B Licensed Football Coach who also works for the FA as a Coach Developer and has previously worked in the Further Education sector for 7 years at Basingstoke College in the Sports Science Department. Jamie has a passion for promoting physical activity and sport for young people which aligns with the company’s objectives of promoting movement and physical activity across all SCL services.
Jamie manages our partnerships and Holiday Club venues operating in the Surrey, Hampshire & Berkshire regions. Utilising his previous experience in the Further Education sector, Jamie also works closely with our Apprentices within SCL to support us in developing a future workforce that aligns with our core values. Jamie delivers engaging training sessions to all those in our care and ensures that our Fun, Learn, Move ethos runs through all our activities.
Our Operations team are responsible for the running of our services, ensuring that all staff are successfully delivering our exciting activity programmes.
Our Quality team are there to ensure we set the standard in active childcare, and to focus on creating engaging experiences for children of all ages and interests.
Safeguarding is paramount at SCL and that is why our team of safeguarding experts ensure we have everything in place to keep children safe.
Our SEND specialists ensure we have everything in place we need to support children with special educational needs and disabilities.
We are focussed on how we innovate through our active childcare, and have invested in people who drive our innovation strategy.
