VIEW VACANCIES

Area Managers

In this leadership role, you’ll be responsible for supporting the operations and service delivery of programmes in your area.

You will manage selected schools, ensuring performance and financial targets are met, develop new programmes and sites and build key relationships with staff, partners and prospects.

Site Leaders

You will plan and deliver engaging and fun activities at Breakfast and After School Clubs, whilst ensuring the children in your care are safe and secure at all times. As a Site Leader at SCL Active, you will inspire and encourage children to have fun, learn more and move more.

Maintaining accurate records and gathering regular feedback from parents is a key part of this role, as well as ensuring the registration process is accurate. You will be dedicated and enthusiastic about marketing and promoting your club and services to parents.

Children’s Activities Assistant

In this role, you will provide vital care for children before and after school, during term time only.

Your focus will be on providing children aged 4 – 12 with a nutritious breakfast and encourage an active start and end to the school day, including sports and socialising with others.

Holiday Assistants

An ideal job for students, you will deliver a range of activities at our Holiday Clubs throughout the school holidays.

Your focus will be on sports, arts and crafts and outdoor adventure activities, ensuring children are safe and secure. You will be comfortable engaging with children aged 4 -12 years old.

Playworker Apprentice

Entry level qualification for those people with a passion and interest in pursuing a career in childcare. Develop the skills to enable you to design and deliver engaging activities for children whilst gaining key knowledge in safeguarding and health and safety. You will support the delivery of breakfast and after school clubs on a daily basis whilst utilising time out of delivery to complete your apprenticeship and make positive improvements to your site.

Playworker apprentices will also deliver a holiday club during the school holidays.

This is a 16-month, delivery-based role that may require travel and occasional visits to the Support Centre in Berkshire.
